WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Pick up at the warehouse

Collection from the warehouse is possible at the agreed time. Collections are possible from Monday to Friday at pre-agreed times.

We offer several shipping options. In some cases, a third party may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates quoted for delivery of the Products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: your statutory rights remain unaffected. Unless specifically stated, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest possible delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days of the day we accept your order. Please see our terms for more information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the EU.

Free shipping only applies to orders delivered to Germany.

Please note that with respect to some international deliveries we may be subject to various rules and restrictions and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties beyond our control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country in which you live and will be responsible for all such additional costs or taxes.
